The application brings essential banking facilities together in a single digital platform, enabling customers to manage their accounts and perform eligible transactions conveniently. Puduvai Pay is designed to provide a simple, accessible and secure mobile banking experience while reducing the need for customers to visit branches for routine banking requirements. Unique Mobile Number should be linked with bank a/c

Smart Phone with internet facility

Debit Card (ATM Card)

Steps for Registration

Registration:

Download Our Mobile Banking App – “Puduvai Pay” available on “Google Play store”

Open the App and select the preferred Language

Select the SIM which is registered with Bank for Mobile Number Validation

On Successful Validation, Enter the 8/11- digit CIF Number available in the Passbook’s front page.

Enter the Debit Card details and click Submit

Enter the OTP received through SMS from Our Bank for Validation

Set M-PIN:

Enter the Old M-PIN received in the SMS and Set New M-PIN

Re-Enter the M-PIN

Set T-PIN:

Enter the Old T-PIN received in the SMS and Set New T-PIN

Re-Enter the T-PIN

How to Activate?

Visit your Home Branch and submit the Application form to enable Mobile Banking

It will be activated within 24 hours
