Mobile Banking Terms & Conditions
By using the Puducherry Grama Bank Mobile Banking Application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Eligibility
Mobile Banking is available to all customers who maintain an active account with Puducherry Grama Bank. Use of the service is restricted to individuals who have completed the necessary registration and authentication process.
2. Security of Credentials
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including User ID, Password, and MPIN. The bank will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions resulting from the sharing of these credentials.
- Do not share your MPIN or Password with anyone.
- Change your credentials regularly.
- Notify the bank immediately of any suspicious activity.
3. Transaction Limits
The bank reserves the right to set limits on the number and value of transactions performed through the Mobile Banking App. These limits may be changed from time to time based on security and regulatory requirements.
4. Liability
While the bank will take all reasonable precautions to maintain the security of its systems, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the user's failure to comply with security instructions or for events beyond the bank's reasonable control.
